We had used Pestex before and were happy with their service, so when Yellowjackets began appearing in our bedroom, we called them right away. It turned out to be a much bigger challenge than anybody expected, but they solved it! The wasps were entering through a gap in the fascia board near the roof line of our old house and then a hidden hole into the attic wall. When two treatments by LeDerrick (100% agree with the compliments in other reviews!) did not work as expected, Pestex escalated to a technical manager, Nick, who was thorough, informative, polite, and patient (with about a dozen coming into the house every day, we couldn't use our bedroom, and I was near hysterical). He drilled holes in the attic wall near the entry point and sprayed. A few days later it was still happening. Nick came back and opened a larger hole in the wall and saw wasps around an old storage space that had been walled off years ago. He treated that plus the original area. Better ... but still happening. So Pestex owner Dan Fleischer took on the challenge. After an extremely thorough examination, he discovered the nest in an unexpected place: inside the bedroom wall, quite a distance from their entry point. He drilled holes in the wall and sprayed. Better ... but still not gone. Dan came back with a machine that impelled the insecticide further inside the walls as well as the space between the bedroom ceiling and the attic floor. That did it! The whole effort took a few weeks, but their persistence, thoroughness, and determination to eliminate this difficult problem paid off. They always asked permission to drill, cut, or even to move furniture. Dan checked back several times to make sure all was well. Plus the office staff are responsive, helpful, and courteous.
